The venue feels very chaotic, loud 'gym' type music which is repetitive and very annoying. My beautician, Clara, was lovely and very nice. However the facial did not quite last an hour as paid for (only 50 minutes) and did not feel very deep, only about 10 minutes were spent on the painful part of taking out black spots etc, which seems like it's not enough. Not sure I would return or that it's that great value for money.

The girl was really nice and very professional. The shop just close to the tube station, very easy to find! After two weeks I've still got nice hands and still got polish! I will come back for sure!

This place has a great colour selection for Shellac and they have the exact colour that I wanted which is really rate to find. If anything I would advise the beautician to use cuticle softener first before pushing back the cuticles as I was in complete agony during the process. Otherwise all good. Thanks.

I usually don't post reviews but I figured I should this time. I was excited to get what was described as a Therapeutic massage at Splash. When I get to there I was lead downstairs to a small room. The music was blaring upstairs and they didn't turn it off for the massage. It played during the entire hour of my massage. There was no music in my room, no candles, therefore no calming ambience at all. The masseuse stayed in the room while I stripped down. I don't normally have an issue with this but for some this might be uncomfortable. The massage itself was nothing special. She used way too much oil, and barely used any pressure at all. Overall, this was not a relaxing, calm massage experience at all.

Good central venue, very convenient. Had to wait a bit but this was expected since it was Saturday! Very friendly staff overall good experience...
