The grounds around and the hotel itself are beautiful. Room was specious (we upgraded to Privilege room), furniture was modern and stylish. Lots of amenities. Lovely view. Both dinners were absolutely delicious and breakfast had a very good selection of food. All the rooms in the hotel were immaculate and staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa treatment was heavenly and atmosphere there was very relaxed. Overall wonderful experience. We are definitely coming back.
My wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the entire day, great staff and could talk more highly of the whole experience when they came home.
My friend and I had booked a spa day here and it was lovely for the most part. The sauna and steam room were nice and not very busy which was good. Our lunch was very tasty, the staff were friendly and overall the experience was good. However, there seemed to be an issue with the kitchen running late which meant our treatments were late. We were told they were running about 20 minutes behind but it was closer to 45 minutes, we were offered teas/coffees on the house by way of an apology for this. We were very disappointed that there were no relaxation rooms, the 'relaxation area' was just beside the main reception and was at points filled with children. I also felt a little uncomfortable that we were sat so close to the entrance with people coming and going while we were sitting in our robes, a little more privacy would have been nice. The treatments were perfect, I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my back and head massage and facial. I was also delighted to find that they used Decleor products in their treatments.

Staff were very accommodating, lunch was nice but would have like to have seen more choice and not just cold options! Both treatments were very relaxing.... I would maybe spread them out over the day the next time! Enjoyable first visit to the ardor spa!
