Relaxing and just the tonic

The spa is lovely! I really enjoyed it. There's a tepidarium, two good saunas, two great steam rooms, and a really nice 'relaxing' room with beds and refreshments where I read my book and drank tea. In terms of vibe, it's more upmarket than any spa I would imagine underneath a gym (as it is), though it's not 'luxe' - more functional and friendly; great for a weeknight catch up with a friend, less of a special occasion spot (in partic. the toilets and showers feel a bit like school facilities).
