I went to Shrine after I tried to colour my hair at home and ended up with a terrible orange mess. I had an appointment with Monix - Shire's director - and I can't say enough how pleasant and helpful she was. Colour I left with wasn't exactly what I was hoping for but Monix and other colourist whose name I can't recall were clear about that upfront. I thourougly enjoyed thehead massage and helpful tips about how to do a perfect blow-dry at home. All in all, great service and very good results.
What a lovely salon and fab hair stylist, a lovely warm welcome and nice surroundings. discussed what i wanted without rushing even though it was a saturday and they were busy, then a nice hair wash followed by a great cut and blow dry. I was even offerd a glass of champers but opted for a coffee! Will go back again.
Excellent!! Brilliant stylist and my hair feels and looks great. Was offered a drink and had a lovely head massage while having my hair washed, I will deffinately go back here nothing at all to fault.
