Excellent service was provided throughout. This is a very modern salon with friendly staff who are knowledgeable on all treatments.
The treatment provided was first class and I would definitely recommend this salon.
even though their was a mixup with my appointment the staff rallied round and fitted me in within 10 mins which was very gracious of them seeing as it was friday and very busy. Samantha ended up taking care of me, she did afantastic job matching my haircolour,overall great experience i will definately be back.
p.s. i printed the wrong coupon but for a small charge sam did the colour instead of haircut.
When I arrived I was asked if I would like a drink the place was really relaxing and the staff were very helpfull
I wanted 2 colours and they were very obliging and helpfull I couldnt have had a better experience
I hadn't been for a hair cut in a year before going to Shrine after developing quite the fear of them. The past two hair cuts (one at Elite in Armley) the other i can't remember where disastrous causing me the leave in tears and become depressed with my boyish crop hair cut which i never asked for! Safe to say i was pretty nervous entering the salon thinking of what i was going to come out with and finally being happy with my current length. My hair was really dry and brittle and desperately in need of a trim - atleast!
My stylist i think her name was Jenny and came from the North East (like me) :) put me at ease straight away and settled my down with a nice glass of wine. I told her of my nerves and she really listened and understood what i wanted. I asked for a trim and was delighted with the result. Jenny put on a treatment for my dry locks too which made my hair silky smooth. Great experience and restored my faith in hairdressers!

I found it quite easy to get an appointment using the online booking system. I had an appointment with the top stylist and she was extremely friendly and helpful in advising what she thought she could do with my hair. I would have liked to have received a longer head massage when getting my hairwashed as it was quite brief compared to other salons but that's about it.
