The salon was quiet and relaxing, and Daci gave me a great haircut, took great care when cutting the layers which has made my hair appear much healthier. Thank you!
The salon and Daci were great and friendly but the treatment didn't make much of a difference to my hair. It's been less than two weeks and my curly hair is just as frizzy as it was before the treatment.

I arrived and there were two staff members sitting around unprofessionally and chatting loudly, which was rather irritating. Then my hairdresser came and I explained how I wanted a trim of my just below shoulder length hair so that it was shoulder length, and I wanted it shaped around my face. I have never had any issues with other hairdressers. He agreed with me and washed my hair and the nightmare began. Before I knew it I was left with uneven, choppy shaggy layers reminiscent of “The Rachel” but so much worse. I have tufts of hair sticking out all over the place. The longest part of my hair is to my shoulder and there is a layer cut all around my head like a bowl cut just above my ear. I am horrified and so upset by this, I look like a mushroom. I’m going to have to spend the next three months with half my hair tied up and hidden until it grows back. I would rate 0/10 if I could. I couldn’t even ask him to fix it because:
1) it’s unfixable without cutting it ridiculously short, and;
2) I wouldn’t trust any hairdresser that works at this establishment.
Save yourself the pain I’m going through and avoid this hairdressers.
