Beautiful spa, wonderful massage with really comfortable heated beds. Love that the beds are padded so much that you don’t get any discomfort lying face down.
Only complaint is the spa is in the basement and can have the ‘drainy’ smell so many of the basement London spas fall prey to. There is no pool either.
Loved the Rosewood spa. The spa was a little small but beautiful nonetheless. My aromatherapy massage was great and my therapist was so lovely. Really enjoyed, would recommend!
This spa is really calming in its design and I felt so relaxed after my foot massage - the perfect treat after a long work week!
Really lovely experience. I booked a 30 min facial which was amazing. Staff were also welcoming and friendly. I was also able to use the relaxation area and steam room /sauna which was an added treat. Will be back soon!
I visited last April. For the money I expected more I suppose. The relaxation room had three women (mom and two daughters) who did not stop talking, and relatively loudly at that. It was not relaxing. Staff did absolutely nothing. Real shame as the place is pretty but hyped I think.
