Lovely back/neck/shoulders massage. All staff including those on reception and the therapists were lovely, polite and attentive. The deal included use of facilities but these were a bit limited-steam room and sauna in changing rooms and no pool etc so the only area myself and my friend (off the opposite sex) could spend time together was the relaxation lounge. Still, had a wonderful experience and couldn't fault the treatment or staff...left feeling thoroughly relaxed.
All in all a lovely experience, though it is a shame that there currently isn't a pool / Jacuzzi / hot tub etc. within the spa.
Amazing perfect deep tissue massage. Relaxing and effective, the therapist focused on the areas I needed work on the most (shoulders and back). I would definitely go again. The facilities are amazing as well.
