Fantastic venue and made me feel completely relaxed. Being able to use the spa facilities after your massage enhanced the experience with no rush or pressure tog et out.
Great salon, so clean! the staff were really friendly and kind and helpful and the service was great - would go back!

I have been for a wax twice here. Both were good. The first time I went the wax was probably the best I have ever had. The second time I had someone different and it wasn't quite as good. But still good compared to other places.

I booked a 60 minute couples massage and steam sauna/shower treatment for our anniversary and it was fantastic. The venue is beautiful and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I had never had a professional massage before and Anna, my massage therapist at the time, made sure that it was a relaxing, comfortable and calming experience. My partner described his deep tissue massage as one of the best he's ever had! The steam sauna was a great experience and we left refreshed and relaxed. We will definitely go back to the Rosewood Spa in the future.
Great experience at Sense spa at the Rosewood Hotel. The spa is very relaxing and indulgent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Do be aware though, the 'Mother & Daughter' massage is meant for daughters under the age of 16! I'm 27, so at first the spa was going to charge my mother and I as two adults - however, as it didn't explain this on Wahanda when I booked, they kindly agreed to accept the listed price.
