Felt at ease from the minute I walked up in the door. Staff who greeted me had a pleasant friendly manor. The salon was clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped.
I was given time to choose my colour and Jasmine took the time to view my outfit and advise. She assisted in the decision and was spot on. Jasmine was informative and knew all about the treatments on offer.
Jasmine made my experiences very pleasant one.
I was offered a much welcome drink twice during my treatment by another member of staff.

the stylist, George, did mine and my daughters hair for a wedding, she listened to what we wanted and styled our hair just like the photos! We were both really pleased with it and it lasted all day. My daughter had big glamorous waves and I had waves with some hair back in a clip. I also have hd brows done at purity which I am also really pleased with, by Tash.

My 3rd visit, this time for HD brows - they look amazing and no salon in Plymouth gives this much attention to detail to both the treatment and their customer service - lovely team and actually relaxing to visit rather than just being an appointment slot
