My fourth visit for luxury pedicure,this time very disappointed,was left sat having shellac soaked off for 30 minutes while my therapist was asked to squeeze in an eyebrow tint that hadn't shown up on the system,and then left me 3 times to answer the phone and take another clients money,in the middle of having shellac applied.I was also charged £35 as opposed to £30 the previous 3 times,when queried was told it had been done by a junior ( news to me ).Im sorry to leave a negative review as very happy before ,hence my return visits but I looked forward to a relaxing pedicure and it wasn't at all .
