such a lovely woman and salon was clean & tidy but the style of eyelashes weren’t great for me as they fell off within a day even though i didn’t get them wet. they’re like a strip lash that gets glued under the eye instead of an individual extension so didn’t work on my eyes.

Naz is such a warm and welcoming person, all the while being professional. And she certainly is the expert in doing eyebrows. I’ve never had my eyebrows so nicely shaped for my face shape, I just can’t stop obsessing over them!! I love them!! Naz made sure to keep asking me whether I wanted to get certain parts of my face waxed, making sure that I only said yes to whatever I was comfortable with. Naz doesn’t waste anytime and you can see her dedication and passion in her work and the way she talks about it! And she isn’t only in expert in eyebrows, she has so much experience in the many other different areas, such as eyelashes, hair extensions, hair cut, etc. She is so quick with her procedures. I barely noticed the time going by, and similarly barely noticed any pain with her waxing techniques. Naz certainly is the best one I’ve found in swansea!

Naz has been treating me from eyebrows lashes and wax since she started working at the old shop.
I have a very sensitive skin and she is the person can wax my face with leaving on burns or bruises.
