I booked full body wax session but when I got there it was only legs, arms, underarms. I have been to many wax salons and this is not full body wax. To get Hollywood I had to pay extra £35 on top of the £55 I had initially paid; I believe this is false advertisement. On the day of my appointment, my time slot was delayed by an hour and then changed back - for someone who works full time this caused a lot of inconvenience. My wax appointment was rushed and many places weren’t waxed properly.
