people were not kidding when they said this place was in a gym! very small space and not the pedicure chairs I was used to. That said, the price is the lowest around and I still got a great mani/pedi, so would recommend

Absolutely terrible experience. I turned up for my appointment to be told by the beautician that they had no record of my 3pm appointment. I showed them my confirmation email/ texts however they were very unhelpful. They put me on the phone with someone who 'books the appointments' who informed me that they were fully booked today and tomorrow and there was nothing she could do as she was 'not the Manager'. There was no option for me to speak to the 'Manager'.
I was very disappointed in being turned away as I have never had any issue with my Treatwell bookings before I and was told that my only option of receiving my refund was to go through Treatwell.
Visited a few times for mani + pedi. Despite the small space, overall it was ok. Yes service not the best, staffs not friendly. Wouldn't recommend to visit unless you have an appointment with the elder staff. Apparently she's working at Baker Street now because she's not working at this branch anymore. Didn't get her name but she is very gentle and professional.

So, I booked in for what I paid for then I decided to extend my appointment a few days later over the phone. On the day of my appointment no one from the salon let me know that I had to be in 20 minutes earlier as I extended my treatment... how was I to know to come in earlier unless i'm told?!
So it was in a gym, I don't really mind that but at least shut the door?. I left without knowing the girls names they don't even know mine. I had to re-schedule my pedicure as the girl told me and her colleague she was sick... customer service please? No smiles, No talking, No names. So today I called back to cancel my extension and ask for my money back which I paid CASH and they said no! I cant have my money back even if I don't want the extension. No thought for me even though I had to move this appointment to a less convenient time because people are coming into work sick. I cannot wait to get this service over and done with and i would NOT recommend anyone to come here.
