This was a birthday treat for my daughter and we both had a fantastic time. The Spa was immaculate and staff friendly and professional. We picked out treatments on the day and the choices were great, we had the option of having one long treatment or two shorter ones which I thought was super flexible. The treatments themselves were Devine. Will definitely book again soon.
Really enjoyed our visit although I am glad we were coming away as it got busier towards the end of the day and the pool area is not that big.
The treatment was lovely and all the staff were very good. We would definitely visit again perhaps when the weather is better and we could use the loungers outside. The light lunch was lovely enough choice and quality was very good, the service was also very efficient.
What a relaxing place! The facilities were beautiful and the staff were excellent. The outdoor thermal facilities were great, the out door terrace could have been better, with cushions for the beds, blankets and a good sweep up of leaves etc all around. The changing rooms are ridiculously small and definitely a problem on a busy day like it was when we visited. Back to the positives, the spa treatments and area were first class and the staff really added to our experience making it a relaxing luxurious day. Lunch was great too, once we'd navigated our way through a corridor of wedding fair in our dressing gowns! We both opted for salads, which were large and delicious. Overall, a great day and we will return despite the few issues.
Lovely relaxing spa day. I have been many times now and have always been made to feel welcome. My friend and I de-stressed and had a great time using the facilities and having the treatments. Lunch was good too!
