Everything would of been perfect if robes had been available from the beginning , the hot stone room been working and the indoor jacuzzi had been working !!! Staff are fab as are all facilities that were in use
5 of us went and I was extremely happy with the treatments extremely good value for money and the facilities were brilliant!!!
Just had a one day at the spa,the weather was fantastic so enjoyed sitting in the hot tub outside,we has afternoon tea which was great,lots of beautiful cakes and a lovely glass of proseco,the treatment in the spa was so relaxing and would really recommend a trip to Motram hall,fab relaxing day
My friend and I had a relaxing day at Mottram Hall spa. We had an express facial and back massage which were very good with attentive staff. The light lunch was very tasty and served in the restaurant, the downside of that was walking a distance from the Spa.
We used the pool, Bechtel sauna, and jacuzzi. We would have liked to attend the Pilate's class but the time clashed with our treatment.
To improve things we would have liked the restaurant nearer the Spa and be able to have another drink in the afternoon. Also if the exercise class times had been emailed to us we could have planned the day better. It would have been helpful to know the choice of treatments beforehand. We felt we were not always sure where to go as there was a lack of signs and staff at key points. Overall we did enjoy the day.
