Myself and a friend had appointments for 4.30pm but managed to get lost in Liverpool and arrived half an hour late. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and asked whether it would still be possible to fit us in. We were told that they wouldn't be able to take us until 6pm and the manager even offered to keep the store open to make sure we had our hair finished. We weren't able to do this though, but rather than just letting us go we were actually given back the money that we had paid through Wahanda... Something which I was not expecting!
This has encouraged me to go back to this salon again next time I am in Liverpool. However, one thing I would say is that their communication over the phone was not the greatest. We were told to come in with our hair already blew dry, which we did. It wasn't until getting there that we were told that we needed our hair curled first, which would have cost an additional £25 that we were completely unprepared for... Would have been nice for them to have warned us beforehand as I had let the staff know that we had never had this treatment before.
Lovely salon with lovely staff ! very Professional.
I had cut color and blow dry ,I have also a shellac nails ,Very Please.
Will definitely go back,

Friendly staff and good service but booking through wahanda causes major issues and even though emails saying it is confirmed the salon was unaware. Waxer wasnt there and so another beautician had to do it.
Lovely Salon! felt really welcome as soon as i stepped in!, prices really competitive for a city centre salon! This has been recommended to friends and family ! will be returning!

Myself and a few one the girlies came down from Scotland for my birthday. We booked the party package over the phone and spoke to a lovely young girl who was a bit confused by my requests me being terribly fussy!
i paid a deposit via telephone only a small amount but im a bit old fashioned and hate giving details out of the phone, but i did i spoke the the manage Cris and he explained that the details are not stored and only entered into the card machine then destroyed and i will be sent a email confirmation.
We arrived at WhiteHaus which was only down the road from the Hilton, We were met with a glass of fizz and a few hours of pampering. Hair, Make up and gel nails... Liverpool really is the best place for a pamper and a good time. the guys there got us tables in nice clubs and bars.
The best birthday Ive had in years.
