The salon was nice, staff seemed lovely. I just came away a bit dissappointed with my hair cut. I had to ask a few times for my side fringe to be shorter. I asked for my layers to be taken really short and choppy which they weren't and after asking for them to be shorter she cut away at them but they were still fairly long.
I have been to White Haus a couple of times over the last 2 months. I've just moved from Central London as I recently got married . I have been used to going to some of the best salons for my beauty treatments over the many years I've lived there and was not expecting the fantastic results I received at this lovely salon. Brilliant customer service , extremely professional treatments, absolutely fabulous staff and all at a great price. So pleased that I found such a fab new 'go to' beauty place !
I really enjoy going to whitehaus as the service I get there never alters, my hair is very frizzy and curly it is the only place that cuts my hair properly and straightens it to look very glossy and manageable.
Chris and his team are very polite and attentive and listens to what the customer want, there committment to customer service is excellent
Second time I have been to fantastic White Haus. First time Emma did my hair and it was fab, this time Vanessa did it and it was equally as brilliant. The salon is lovely and lacks that nasty cliqueness that is often found in hairdressers! I Look forward to my next visit!
My only gripe was that the £39 deal for highlights and finish has gone so I had to pay an extra £35 for my cut and finish this visit but I was more than happy to pay this as the salon is that good and my hair looks fantastic :-) thanks! X
The salon is in a great central location (once you find it, behind John Lewis car park). The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Emma did an excellent job colouring my hair (bleach blonde) and I didn't even need a toner which other salons have insisted that I must have and charge £10+ to do so. I also had a curly blow for no extra charge and overall I was very pleased. Great value for money, I'll definitely be going back.
