I was left waiting outside in the rain for half an hour at the address which appeared to be closed. I called to advise I was there but it went through to someone else who had to contact the salon. Turns out it is in the basement of what I thought was a male hair salon. The wax itself was fine.

Gel extensions were terrible, I have to get them redone! The nail tech filed and buffed my nails so hard that it actually hurt and caused 2 of my nails to bleed. She couldn’t communicate in English so telling her to be gentler didn’t work..the nails are misshapen and the colour was applied terribly. The salon looks nothing like the pictures! The owner was lovely but unfortunately I wouldn’t return. Not recommended if you’re looking for a professional manicure experience!

The place was ok, downstairs a lot better than upstairs. The lady that did waxing was nice, but the waxing it self was not that good. I had a lot of pieces of wax left on me (in my butt as well) and I some hair that were long enough to be removed. Nothing was bad, but neither that good.
