Brilliant massage which worked through lots of knots. The masseur knew what he was doing and found knots where I didn't know I had any! Left feeling extremely energised and my muscles felt so much better the next day. Highly recommended :)

The manager was lovely and so helpful. I bought a £5 session on the sunbed (10mins) and ended up buying a block of 60mins. She showed me exactly how to use the sunbed, where to put my stuff and how long I should go on for. Tip top experience. Will definitely be going back again!!

Time of appointment was changed 3 times as walk-ins had taken priority over my booking, although I was kept informed by text. I was seen 10 minutes late, the therapist, although extremely nice, spoke very limited English which made communication difficult. The treatment itself was poor. I've had eyelash extensions enough times in the past to know what it should entail. Firstly, they weren't individual they were the clumps of lashes. No form of barrier was placed below my lashes to stop my eyelids from sticking together or glue residue from going into my eyes - when the treatment was over, the therapist had to pull my eyelids open and the pain from that plus the strong glue was horrendous!! She told me it was normal but I have never experienced it before! I had a proper look at them when I got home as I wasn't able to look properly in the salon due to the pain - they were stuck onto my eyelid?! Not only that but the amount of glue she had used was rediculous, half way up my eyelid and massive clumps in my natural eyelashes. Come 4.30am, I was wide awake with the pain of the clumps of glue digging into my eyelids, so I had to get out of bed and remove them with facial oil - which wasn't easy or painless as they were stuck to skin and not lashes as they should be!! Complete waste of money and extremely disappointing. The staff however were very pleasant.

The place has been referred to me by a close friend. Under a new management, the place became a delight for whoever wants some pampering. The services are great and staff has excellent customer skills. A real pleasure every time I go there.
I've been a regular client for quite some time now and the services there never disappointed me. There's a fair quality-price report and also the way you're being treated makes a huge difference. You're never just a client, you're also a friend. I did and will recommend this place to anyone who wants the best.
