Lovely facilities however spa treatment was cancelled and 4 weeks later we still have not had a refund.
Staff was friendly, treatment nice and relaxing. Treatment room cosy and calm.
We love the Hilton, Bracknell. The only negative was the bubble pool (it’s not a jacuzzi, so isn’t hot) and there are only TWO loungers, so no where to sit and relax. The sauna was lovely though! Food as always was excellent and the staff, both in the spa and hotel were fantastic.
Really disappointing! Poor menu choices for dinner and afternoon tea. The food didn't taste good. Service in the restaurant was terrible. The spa was very small and the Jacuzzi wasn't working.
