Hairdresser was lovely. It did feel a little rushed but I think this is because she was running late and I was the last client.
The lady was lovely, really friendly and welcoming. She also did a lot of extra waxing even though I had only booked one thing. Would definitely recommend/ return.
The girl doing the wax was really kind and made me feel at ease. I had never had a hot wax before so I wasn't aware that it would take as long as it did but it was really thorough. I would definitely visit the salon again for more treatments!!!
Quite a few problems with my booking. Firstly moved to another day and despite me calling to confirm they had no record of my booking or phone call on arrival. Eventually agreed to come back an hour and a half later for the treatment and despite further apologies still had to wait another 15-20 mins on arrival. The acrylics themselves are good but the polish on top is quite blotchy and peeling in places by next day so I plan to repaint. I understand that some problems were outwith the salons control and the staff were apologetic but I wouldn't recommend this salon. I feel you would be better choosing an alternative on the site.
