Could not fault the staff, the young man on the leisure club reception was extreamly helpful as was the therapist however she was running late due to being the only therapist on duty that day.
The actual venue was in a very poor condition and as a spa day i would not reccomend it. The jacuzzi was broken so was unable to use this and was told they were waiting for a part.
So overall would i return? definatly not but bearing in mind what was paid i feel that the service of the staff made this acceptable.
I have been on far superior spa days in the local area so would activally avoid booking this one again.
Went to the Mollington on a special offer-£20 for use of facilities with a massage. It was excellent value for money, the therapist Sadie gave a fantastic massage, I would highly recommend her.
The pool area with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are nice and clean but the changing room could do with an update. It is however clean and tidy.
Also came here a few months ago with my sister for the two for one offer which included a facial and full body massage for £90 for 2 people, this again was excellent value and Nikita who did the treatments on that occasion was also excellent.
Lunch was very tasty but a bit pricey, all in all though I would not hesiate to recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice relaxing day.
This was a great experience, we used the gym and pool, then had a treatment and enjoyed our coffee after it :-) We even got a free lunch as the massage was supposed to be hot stone, but the therapists hadn't read the booking properly so it was a normal massage (which was still great!)
We had a lovely day it was well worth the 20.00 we paid. The hot stone massage was one of the best I've had. The pool was nice but the water was a bit on the cool side, we stayed in the jacuzzi for quite a while. The changing rooms and showers were clean but could do with updating and the towels we were given were on the small side and a bit worn.
A very nice day over all, relaxing settings and nice atmosphere. Disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working for all of the day.
Facilities and staff were very nice and package was a very good deal
