Our expectations were fully met. The staff were very helpful in showing us around and ensuring we could get the best experience from our trip. The equipment and facilities were great.
Very relaxing - Short staffed but they do their best and make up for it being very friendly. Back massage was heavenly just a shame on one therapist so my friend and I couldnt have our treatments at the same time.
Ok place a bit dated but value for money was excellent, the guy on leisure reception was so friendly & helpful, pool lovely and warm, unfortunately the jacuzzi wasnt working properly of which would have been nice to have been told we sat there for ages waiting for it to come on at least it was warm! Treatment was perfect such a relaxing facial. We ordered a sandwich each to go with our glass of bubbly. Would definately go again - keep eye out for offers.
Disappointed with condition of leisure facilites, needs some TLC. No towels when we arrived at 10am only hand towels till 12pm! Receptionist pleasant but not professional, wearing a hoody and we had to ask ref facilites, lockers and spa area. A friend had been there on a hen weekend a month before and said jacussi wasnt working a part was on order, it still wasnt working we went we were also advised a part was on order ! But massage was wonderful and made the visit worth while. Wonderful spa area very professional therapist.
Bit more of a lesiure centre than a spa really. Very small steam room, enough room for three people tops! Although there were two saunas which were quite roomy. The Jacuzzi was cold and not working when we went which was disapointing. There were no large towels for us to use on the Monday morning, so we were given hand towels! The staff were friendly and my back massage with stones was beautiful! Really nice therapist and very professional. We bought some hot drinks which were really nice aswell, overall an okay day.
