Fantastic hotel our suite was great. We had a lovely dinner in the brasserie and a great fried breakfast delivered to our suite on time. We also enjoyed a massage and manicure. The therapists were both very friendly and the treatments and rooms were great. Will definetely return.

This manicure was supposed to not need a base coat and last for 7 to 10 days, with a top coat of a strong lacquer. I. e. a lesser alternative to gel nails. The manicure finished around 5.30pm and by 7.30pm, during dinner, one of the nails had chipped. The next day, 4 more nails had chips and I had to remove the polish (on doing so my nails remained stained from not having a base coat) and have them done again at another salon.

A really relaxing experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, professional and attentive. We were made to feel rather special from the moment we arrived in the lobby of the hotel and escorted to the suite to wait for our massage. The complementary tropical fruit platter and soft drinks were a nice touch. The candlelit rooms and soft music all added to the relaxing ambiance.

No real spa facilities at the hotel and manicure was carried out in an unused hotel bedroom. Service however was excellent.

Thank you to everyone making our stay feel extra special and for the girls who gave is the back and neck massage feel is relaxed for the upsetting funeral we had 2 days after our stay. We really didn't want to leave and the two things we reflected on most was how we couldn't feel more welcome and the other was the back and neck massage we had ! So thank you
