I arrived late due to illness in the family so wasn't able to complete my original date - they were very efficient to re-organise the following morning instead for me, with a smile! I was very impressed by that, as some places you have to wait ages to get another appointment! The room was relaxing, spacious and very personal. It was like I was in a very plush lounge at home. Candice, was very easy to talk to and also attentive to my needs when treating my nails. She gave me ideas on how to maintain my nail polish and cuticles without it being a burden and I really enjoyed her company. I would most certainly recommend a spa treatment at Aviator Tag Hotel. I enjoyed the manicure experience thoroughly! I will be back soon! What would have completed the whole experience would have been a pool and sauna to dip in!
Excellent from start to finish. Relaxation and massage rooms were luxurious me the fresh fruit and infused water were a nice touch. Candice and Cassie were friendly and put you at ease immediately (my husbands first massage so this was great!) The massage was perfect and they checked to see that the pressure was just right for you. A lovely experience that was a wonderful start to our weekend!!

Therapist gave a great massage, staff very friendly. Waiting room a little small but the water was fresh and the room was well serviced.

Very friendly and approachable staff, keen to ensure your expereience is a good one. Limited facilities but making the most of what is available and good ambience in wiating room and therapy room.
