Paid £115 for a treatment that smooths my hair instead of straightening it as I was told b4 having the treatment. Who would pay £115 for smooth hair? That's just stupid. And why has it got the word 'straight ' in the name if it doesn't straighten it? Waited 45 minutes as well which was out of order. Rcvd a free trim but it doesn't make up for waiting so long. I will never go there again

I have very frizzy unmanageable European hair. the kera straight worked wonders and was a not too expensive. I have been having Brazilian blow drys at other salons. They left my hair dry, damaged and not looking like how Brazilian should look like. I now know why after visiting this salon. A lot of salons use sub standard products, do not put it on properly and do not give good after care advice. Hair definitions was the opposite. I love this salon. The staff are friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about hair. I wish I came hear years ago and saved myself a lot of money and disappointment.
Did infills on my eyelash extensions. The technician is very cute and careful, and does a good job. Notice that you might need to pay more if you need more lashes added, which did affect my percieved value. But a good place and good eyelash extension that I have been happy with, and very nice staff!

Very well done eyelash extension, of a very sweet and careful lady. Made sure to take the time to go trough every eyelash and just add one lash to each. Good experience and will return for infills!

Very nice place, clean and with friendly personal. My hair stylist was very attentive to my suggestions and I`m happy with the result. Would recommend to anyone! I had a haircut, btw.
