This is my 3rd time seeing Ruby for colour and style. Great job as usual. She really knows her stuff and she is incredibly helpful in helping me pick a colour and style each time. Really lovely to chat to. Thanks
Ruby did an amazing job with my balayage! I was quite nervous and wanted to do so subtle there would be very little point in my having anything done. Ruby guided me through it and built my confidence up to such a point that I actually wanted her to turn my brunette tresses into a caramel waterfall of loveliness! I have had so many compliments about my hair and keep telling people to go and see Ruby!
Ruby suggested that for that health of my hair we wait and do the cut once the colour had settled for a few days. The cut is also wonderful, and the blow dry and style is amazing. Thanks so much for turning my hair into something so lovely, and for understanding my needs! So few hairdressers do that, so it is hugely appreciated. I can't get enough of my balayage!
This was my 4th visit to have the kera straight treatment done and I'm again very happy with the results. I had Ruby this time & Marietta previously & couldn't ask for more friendly competent stylists. The treatment makes my hair smooth, strong & manageable. I have mixed race wavy/frizzy hair and this has cut my hair styling time in half & my hair has grown past my shoulders for the first time in years. This may be down to the treatment or possibly the reduction in heat, chemicals and styling I do now it is easier to deal with. Don't be confused by the name of the product. This is not a relaxer & you shouldn't expect those results. I have a very weak curl so can't comment on what this may do for curlier haired girls.
My appointment was over an hour late due to a previously late client so I was in the Salon for 4 hours from 12:30-16:30, which was longer than ideal as I had plans. The staff are really lovely and I'm pleased with the cut, although the balayage isn't as blended as I'd have liked and the lighter brown is more blonde than what I was after.
