Initially I thought my cut was much shorter than I asked but okay as it had been blow dried. After looking myself when I got home I realised that the layers I hadn’t asked for were completely uneven. The overall length of my hair is to my chest and the front has been cut drastically shorter when I specifically asked that I didn’t want it shaped at the front. There is also a random lone layer that’s so short it doesn’t come past my face near the front of my head, so very noticeable.

The boiler is broken and my hair was washed with cold water. My colour was not really the colour that I asked for. Not sure why I came back here as the water was cold last time too.
