We had a brilliant stay at The Fistral, the staff were really lovely and friendly, the food was very good, slight hiccup up with a pudding order on the first night (which was a Sunday - apparently they were short staffed in the kitchen) but it was worth the wait as it was delicious. The room was lovely and spotless and had a seaview. The aromatherapy massage we had was absolutely brilliant. I had a pedicure and my friend had a manicure which we were not that impressed with, they were supposed to be 55 minutes but were only just half an hour and it was at the end of the day so I don't think the girls put the effort in they should have done. The spa area was fantastic, no children under 16 allowed and it was very quiet when ever we used it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I want to start saving to go again, I think it was well worth the money.

We went on a 3 day spa break last weekend. The treatment and attention to detail was exceptional. The effort that was put in by the staff to make your break feel special was amazing and the staff should be very proud of their level of professionalism. The view from the dining area overlooking Fistral beach was beautiful, whether it was first thing in the morning, or late in the evening. Even the aroma in the spa and in the hotel hallways added to the ambience, all helped by 3 stunning days on Fistral beach (which is a 2 minute walk down the cliff steps). I would go again in a heart beat, and we hope to make it a regular event.

Fantastic stay! The staff on the reception desk were really friendly, welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was AMAZING! The rooms are clean and gorgeous, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic break. Great location and views. A very relaxing spa break. Food was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean room with modern furnishings.

Amazing hotel,staff and location - food excellent. Couldn't find any fault. The staff make the hotel hit the excellent mark, we will return soon.
