I booked a couple spa package and also later booked 3 single aromatherapy massages through my business account for my 3 important employees for the same day as ours. I upgraded my treatment to 90 min from 55min and the other 3 aromatheraphy massage to 55min from 25 min. I was totally disappointed as our treatment exactly lasted for only an hour. They asked us to drink plenty of water and relax. Well it can be after the 90 min but not after 60 mins.
I just walked out as I didn't want to created a big scene. I was so disappointed and my partner as well.
Then I question my other 3 employees on how was their treatment? Well, to my shock all 3 mentioned that nearly 15 mins they had to just relax in the treatment room. basically the treatment only lasted 40 mins. We can relax in the relaxing room after the treatment. I don't understand why do they cut short treatment in the name of relaxing and charging higher price for upgrading. There is no point in it.
Its not at all worth the money paid for the spa. How ever the hotel was amazing. All the staff were so friendly. Our dinner was served by Sophie and she was amazing.I would recommend a stay in the hotel but not the spa. Its a rip off.
Perfect destination for a short get-away. Hotel rooms and food are decent. Spa is lovely. Would definitely come again for a pleasurable 4-star experience.
Lovely hotel friendly staff had a fantastic time and the food was to die for. Looking forward to a return visit. Would recommend to anyone.
A fantastic, faultless break. We booked the Revive Spa break for two nights in August 2015. The food was exquisite, the spa treatments superb and the staff attentive and friendly. Thank you Fistral, we hope to return and will be recommending you to all.
