First beautician was quite nervous & made a few mistakes. Experienced beautician took offer & finished the job & I was pleased with the result.
I booked the treatment for the same day and they called to say the machine wasn't working. Would not extend the booking to another day, or contact Treatwell to cancel. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience, and I was surprised that they'd not taken the service off the website, as it seemed that the machine had already gone. Wouldn't book with them again.
