The salon was clean and well presented. The therapist was friendly and experienced.
She took extra care when I informed her of my sensitive skin. She gave me a lovely massage after she had applied the mask to my face.
I would go back.
Great facial and you can 'top up' to more specific treatment for small charge. Very sweet therapist. Other staff a little unwelcoming but nothing too off-putting. Did keep changing appointment time though but did their best to accommodate me time wise and at least was able to fit around work hours.
Elegant Studios is in the heart of Chinatown, so great to go to and then for dim sum. Very small therapy rooms and needs a bit of a facelife but the therepist I had did a great job on my massage. This is good value for a cheap but effective massage.
I wasn't sure what to expect from the deal being so cheap, but I wasn't disappointed! Don't be put off by where the salon is situated. It's right in the middle of China Town in amongst food shops and restuarants, though the salon is about 3 floors up (there is a lift as well as stairs). My therapist was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job, using really quality products. I felt very relaxed after my treatments. I have booked in to go back for more treatments as it was so good. Definately give it a try!
A little hard to find in Chinatown, but it's a little doorway and the actual place is up on the second floor. Nothing special to look at but my massage was really good. So good in fact, i have booked in for another one in 3 weeks time. And i paid an extra £10 when i got there for an hour massage instead of 30 mins! Bargain
