Really professional new salon in West Hampstead. Staff are very friendly - got offered champagne on arrival and even pizza as my appointment was around lunch time.

My 1st experience at Crystalise was brilliant. My hairstylist Ermira did fantastic job on my hair. I got my hair styled in April bank holiday. Weeks later my hair still looks amazing silky and shinny. Ermira thank you I love what you did to my hair. I will be back :-) The venue is beautiful. When Ermira was washing my hair I felt so relaxed I remember looking up to a beautiful scenery in front of me, the sun glistening through the leaves of the trees into the venue. It made me smile...I was is paradise xxx

What an absolutely fabulous salon. I felt completely pampered and relaxed from the moment I stepped foot inside to the moment I left. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and complete professionals in what they do. I had complete faith in my treatment and I was not disappointed. Cant wait to book in again. The Champagne was also a very nice touch. Thank you!!
