Excellent massage in the Spa and nice food in the evening! Lovely location with lots to do in the area. I would recommend this hotel.
Amazingly relaxing day, staff very friendly and massage treatment divine! Much recommended! Ideal venue to unwind and recuperate after a busy week.
Really good value got money, excellent treatment (full body massage) spa facilities were small and simple, but effective. Friendly staff, lovely location, although the entrance to the spa could be improved, i.e. a sign outside, better curtains/blinds. Overall very enjoyable day
I can't recommend this spa break highly enough. Chipping Campden is a beautiful town with great walks easily reachable from the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our room was huge. The meal was just delicious, we were so impressed. The massage was great too. One slight negative was that the pool area is quite small so can get busy quite easily. In all it was great value for money. We worked out how much the meal, breakfast and the massages would have cost andcalculated that we got the room for £40 which is pretty awesome. Would recommend and plan to return ourselves.
Had a spa day with afternoon tea and 25 minute massage. Massage was amazing, therapist was very professional and friendly. Could not fault the massage!!! Slightly disappointed by the change facilities, hair dryer broken and no signs to say you could get one from reception. My husband also felt same in male changing rooms but there were signs up. Overall the spa was quiet and it was lovely and warm inside. Pool not so warm. We then had afternoon tea which was disappointing! Bread was stale and not a huge selection, scones were slightly over done and dry, cakes were stale and the 'cheesecake' in a shot glass was not cheesecake at all. No chocolate cake or anything on offer either. Staff were not very helpful or welcoming. Appearance was far better than actual substance and quality. Would recommend treatments there but nothing else.
