The location was idyllic. The Spa staff would benefit from some customer care training though. It seemed to be an effort for them to explain the day and seemed distracted by engaging with each other rather than the clients.
However we had the afternoon tea after our treatments this was amazing and the staff were completely different -helpful friendly and took the time to explain all the items presented to us.
The staff were very friendly. They responded to enquiries before our visit and were exceptionally helpful throughout the day. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The spa is beautifully situated, well maintained and a nice intimate size. I look forward to going back.
Was all good generally, small place but clean and well kept. Some confusion with the voucher but all ok in the end. Wasn't clear that the Spa with Afternoon Tea was only a basic tea with scones, not a full afternoon tea, had to pay a bit extra to get full afternoon tea.
We had a lovely relaxing few hours for my daughters Hen party . Venue & staff were all lovely . Afternoon tea was fantastic! All great value for money. Can't wait to go again
The spa and treatments were amazing; staff were professional and attentive. Afternoon tea was also included, but this was less well organised and we were left to look after ourselves in a separate room to the restaurant, which was a shame when the rest of the day had been heavenly!
