They got the deal wrong and charged us for things that were already included in our Last Minute offer. Really irritating and no response to my complaint.
The ambience, facilities and food were absolutely fine, but the booking procedure and resulting confusion let the experience down for my wife and me. The first clue was that my wife's name was wrongly recorded, we were given the wrong postcode, which confused our satnav and resulted in a detour plus a U-turn before we found the place. But the really annoyed thing was that we were booked in for a 'heavenly sensory soother' (treatment of the month) which was NOT the requested back and neck massage. There had been no written confirmation of the treatment booking, so we did not know that the 'soother' treatment was not their description for the massage until the time of the treatment. Apparently the fault of a 'very reliable' member of staff and no real apology for the error. Disappointing. Otherwise a wonderful day.
The hot tub outside want working this was disappointing . Treatment I received was excellent scalp hands and feet with hot stones
Food was amazing and the pool was nice I went in the steam and sauna rooms . Changing rooms good

A really enjoyable day, very relaxing and excellent value for money. The aromatherapy wrap our treatment which was included in the day was a bit rushed, only 25 minutes, 45 mins would have been perfect. Delicious food. Beautifully presented.
A fantastic day, a real treat.
