A very lovely day. Extremely relaxing. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Great value for money day. Only downside is that there aren't many chill out areas compared to other spas I've been to.

They didn't have our paper work ready on arrival. We had booked for the champneys day which included a 25 min treatment and were told that wasn't included so we had to show them our booking. All in all not a relaxing day at all and we felt it was an expensive experience which none of us enjoyed and there were four of us so not very pleased and we will think very carefully whether we will go again.
