This was pure heaven! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Head in the Clouds massage was excellent value and super relaxing!

The massage was great - very professional and relaxing. However the waxing appointment was a disappointment; very rushed and not thorough at all, pretty unsatisfactory. This is the third waxing appointment I have had at Champneys and will not return for waxing again.

I go to Abby regularly for threading, I'm really picky so I always stay with the same person and she's done a great job of making sure my eyebrows have a good shape and thickness. Sometimes you get those overzealous people who thread and tweeze and trim until you have nothing left, but Abby is EXTRA meticulous and really makes sure I leave looking perfect.
