Nice place, but not with an easy access, and not very good level of cleanliness. Offer treatments when short of staff, the girl that was allocated to me was on her first day. Not ready, clumsy to say the least. I was supposed to do full leg, but after 45 minutes and having had done only part of half leg I had to call the manager, who offered me another therapist who was much more experienced. At the end took me nearly 2 hours to do half leg, and obviously I lost the deal changing from full to half leg. Staff should be well trained before deal with customers, instead of using people who come through the offers to train them.

The place has gone through a refurbishment and looks very nice and new. I think I was one of the last appointments of the day because it seemed that people were eager to finish their day. I was shown to the room by one person and then someone else actually came to do my wax. She was a lovely lady but it did seem a bit hurried as it was late in the afternoon. When the procedure was finished and i went to pay i was informed that there will be an additional fee due to it being hot wax instead. That did not seem to be communicated over to me before. Also, on my way out I saw that the lady who was meant to do my wax was getting a pedicure instead... All in all, the reason i booked was because it was last minute and there was a promotion. If i was to pay full price for the wax, i would look for somewhere else. For the promotional price i think it was ok, it did the job.
