I arrived at 10.25 for my 10.30 appointment and the door was locked. I stood outside ringing the bell until 10.50, when someone came to the door. She had no evidence of my booking in their system. Unfortunately the member of staff was not very apologetic and did not offer me an alternative until I prompted it. She re-booked me for later in the day. The massage itself was fantastic but let down by the fact that I had wasted my morning.

Fantastic experience at Beauty Rehab.
They were very flexible when I wanted to change my appointment and were quick and efficient doing my nails.
The manicure stayed looking fab for just over two weeks. I will definitelty be going back :)

I had a lovely experience yesterday in the Beauty Rehab, Muswell Hill. I had my nails done for the work Christmas party and the result is fabulous! The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did her job very well. I will definitely come back!

Great value for money with Wahanda offers. Beauty Rehab is a nice place in Muswell Hill and I have used their services many times. I would suggest them to work on the cleanliness of the room where the sunbed is and remove the rubbish bin that you can't close and is always full.

Really enjoyed my experience at BR in Muswell Hill. The staff are very friendly and I was very pleased with the swedish massage I received. My back and shoulders feel hugely better - so I will definitely be returning soon
