I TRIED TO PHONE THEM THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE! I found out that someone went to this salon and was injured when one of their beds collapsed, the customer left in considerable pain and was disorientated and vulnerable, with several injuries. Manager was not interested and tried to fob off customer with 25% per cent off voucher for next treatment! when the customer phoned later on.
Basically a member of staff did not secure the bed properly and it broke down , when customer was laying on it, she believe staff member has lied in order to protect themselves, The victim nearly had to have spinal surgery because of this incident. No amount of money will restore this persons spine
and associated prob;ems. They behaved in the most callous fashion towards someone who was healthy when they went in and damaged when they walked out. It seems they are in it for the money,
but under that first impression of pleasantness, lies very ruthless and cunning people.
I can only imagine that they feel so superior that they can treat people so disregardi. Dont trust them
