Question: The best hot rollers - any recommendations?

I'm a little obsessed with perms and have decided to give my hair a rest for a bit. I'm thinking hot rollers but have read that quite a few of them don't have enough rollers, or the curls just fall out too quickly. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

you cannot beat the old fashion ways when it comes to curls . all you need is a bag off rollers damp the hair roller up then spray on some setting lotion dry off with a dryer ,cool down take out rollors and brush out or rake your fingers through the hair .
Hot rollers are good when you know what ones suit you , carmen rollers are good , we use Theo pod in the salon ,. The secret is to always leave the hair to cool down before you style.

I love the results you get with heated rollers. If your hair is permed, the effect lasts much longer. It's also a great way to smooth out frizzy hair or give curly hair a more sophisticated look. One hint I give clients is to place a tissue over the end of your hair section before rolling, this secures that ends (and any lose strands) get rolled too.

we use babyliss..they get really hot..leavin for 15 mins or until they get cold.you may need 2 sets if your hair is thick or you need smaller curls...easy to do.
but really have a think..perms have come a long way.much kinder to your hair than they used to be..i recommend dulcia advanced..its kind to your locks.always have regular trims and condition well.xx hope this helps.debsx

I got some Babyliss ones from Boots the other day, about 30 pounds. Theyre pretty good. But my hair is s heavy the curls only stay for an hour or so :( Help please

if your hair is heavy,the best way to roller is to go vertically.& to be random in your direction of
your rollering.. hope this helps p.s smaller sections too

Hello, I got extremity heated rollers by Enrapture for Christmas and they are brilliant. I have really straight hair and the roller curl it really well. There are 10 medium rollers and 10 large rollers so you can use the big ones for underneath to give volume.
I went for a hair cut last week and the sylist curled my hair with the really large plated GHDs and did a really nice job. She recommended looking on youtube for tutorials for curling hair. (Enrapture have some videos online as well) My hairdresser started in the middle and went downwards which gave me really big natural looking curls.
