nice,friendly cozy salon,staff was lovely and I really enjoyed the treatment,which left me relaxed and happy except waht followed later on the day.......
One serious problem was with my booking via Wahanda.
It was second time in different salon that I booked time,received confirmation from Wahanda and when arrived , nobody expected me!!!!! I was lucky this time,since the treatment could be completed on the same day,however the room was not free for little while as there was previously booked client.
The therapists were really helpful,accomodating and did all there was possible to do in order to help me.
I could nor reschedule,because not in London all the time and unfortunately due this delay missed another very important appointment,which was the main reason why came to London.The booking system has failed me and i dont feel that can rely on Wahanda's booking in the future anymore,therefore will stop purchasing any offers from now on.
