I've visited At One Day Spa several times and have always really liked it there. This time around I was late as stuck in severe traffic - which I rang several times and kept them fully informed of (it was quite stressful being stuck on the M6 with 30 mins to go only several miles away but in gridlocked traffic!)
I asked whether it was worth trying to rearrange as I knew I would be late if not make it at all - they said not possible. Understandable yet annoying as it was out of my control being stuff on the M6.
Anyway I got there 15/16 Mins after my appointment was due to start in a real flap.
The staff were very welcoming as normal, and I got taken to my treatment room.
The Bacial its self was really nice and relaxing however it was cut down to 30 mins - my fault as I was late but it was a shock and I felt that I didn't get the full treatment. And it hadn't been fully explained to me, I knew that the next appointment after me was at 5.30pm so I expected my treatment to finish at 5.15pm not 5pm.
Anyway, it wouldn't stop me from going there again and I do understand they have a business to run, I'm just being honest that it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth which is a shame.

I really enjoyed my Bacial at At One Day Spa. I had never been for one before so didn't quite know what was in store but was instantly made to relax and informed of what was being done and use throughout. The treatment itself was wonderful for my back- as someone that suffers from bouts of bacne, the bacial really helped!
I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel very relaxed upon arrival. The treatment was good and the beautician kept me completely informed in to what she was doing throughout the procedure. I have returned since, for a different treatment, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend One Day Spa. The treatment rooms and reception areas could do with an update tho.

The treatment was one I hadnt ever experienced before. By back was cleansed, steamed and exfoliated and lastly masked. I enjoyed the exfoliation more than anything as it was also like a mini massage. Overall, the bacial was relaxing and a great atmosphere around me
This was my first time atm At One, the ambience is welcoming and comfortable, i was offerd a drink on arrival ansd promted to help myself, the atmospehere was lovely, the seating area very comfortable. My treatment, the bacial was very relaxing left my sking silky smooth, the facilities are very clean, i will return again.
