"At One" Day Spa is tucked away in the historic Great Western Arcade, close to Birmingham's shops and restaurants and perfectly positioned for the Colmore Business District. Whether you want a lunchtime wax, a long pamper or a private party, At One Day Spa offers you a beautiful environment, friendly staff and high quality treatments.

We cater for both men and women (in fact around a third of our clients are men, so no need for blokes to feel awkward!) with an enviable list of treatments and therapies. We aim to provide an environment in which you feel relaxed and unintimidated from the moment you enter (we've all been to those spas where you feel like you're being looked down on too!).

The following paragraphs outline our main treatments, gifts, and offers.

Elemis Spa: We are the only independent day spa in Birmingham to offer the full range of Elemis face and body treatments. Elemis is the leading the leading luxury British spa and skincare brand used worldwide in the best spas, cruise liners and five star resorts. Elemis products and treatments bring together natural active ingredients, therapeutic techniques and cutting-edge technology. Elemis offers some of the most influential anti-ageing products and professional spa-therapies the beauty industry has ever seen, including several that are clinically tested with scientifically proven results. Members of our staff have won awards for their Elemis treatment delivery.

Massage: We offer a range of massage therapies including swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stones, lava shells and sports. Our sports massage therapist is also a personal trainer and former Ironman triathlete, so knows what she's talking about!

Hands and Feet: We have a single fish pedicure spa in our Relaxation Lounge - well away from the crowds of inquisitive onlookers you get in some places. Our manicures and pedicures are suitable for men and women and we use Orly nail products and polishes to ensure a fabulous result every time. We offer callus peel which is an amazing treatment which will make a visible and touchable difference to callused heels. We have a part time nail technician who carries out IBD gel nail extensions.

Beauty Maintenance: We carry out waxing for men and women - including brazilian - and use high quality Tea Tree wax which suits even sensitive skin. We also offer eyebrow and lash tinting and eyelash extensions. We have a dedicated spray tan room and use Sienna X which contains natural active ingredients, is paraben, alcohol and sls free, and wins awards and accolades time and time again for its fabulous results. No orange glow here!

Holistics: In addition to beauty our therapists offer holistic treatments including reflexology, reiki, indian head massage, colour therapy, crystal healing and hopi ear candles.

Special Offers: We have a monthly newsletter which we send out to those on our mailing list (you can join on our website or in the Spa). This includes news, hints and tips and our special offers. Packages: We have a wide range of individual packages which offer great value on our best, most popular and most effective treatments. If you can't find a package to suit then we can put one together for you.

Parties: As a small(ish) spa we can dedicate our facilities to you for parties of 4 or more taking party packages, by prior arrangement. This means that you have the Relaxation Lounge and treatment rooms to yourselves allowing you relax in peace without worrying about being disturbed or disturbing anyone. We have a range of party packages to suit all types and budgets. We can also put party packages together if we don't have what you're after. Amongst the parties we cater for are Hen Parties, Birthday Parties, Childrens Pamper Parties (age 6+) and Prom Prep Parties.

Special Occasions: We have a range of Get Me Gorgeous wedding offerings (many of which will also work well for special occasions), including preparation packages ranging from £80 to £950, and special packages for the Groom, Mother of the Bride/Groom and Bridesmaids.

Gifts: We sell gift vouchers for men and women in denominations of £10, £25 and £50. We also sell vouchers for specific treatments. We have a selection of good quality silver and hand crafted jewellery, sell Elemis and Orly products and gift sets, and retail our own range of aromatherapy products under the brand At One Holistics.

Access: The Spa is two minutes walk from Snow Hill Railway Station and about 10 minutes from New Street and Moor Street Stations. Buses to the city centre will put you between 2 and 10 minutes from us (depending on the bus stop - the closest are on Colmore Row). Our closest car park is Livery Street (Snow Hill Station car park). We have detailed directions on our website. Please note that the Relaxation Lounge and treatment rooms are up a flight of stairs and there is no lift - if you have any concerns about access please contact us prior to booking.
