Great location and nice salon, friendly hairdresser who was very professional and did a good job, also advised on the look which was helpful. Would definitely go back.
nice therapist friendly and professional. she was thorough and conscientious and made sure to do a good job. am happy with the result. also a very convenient location for the city.
The therapist was very nice and professional, she also gave me useful advice on things like exfoliation at home, did a good job and am happy with the result.
Nice place, you sit in a massage chair whilst they do the pedicure, it's not just nail shaping and paint but a full scrub and dead skin removal etc. wide range of colours to choose from too and looked great when finished.
Nice massage chair, good pedicure, they don't just do the nails but also remove dead skin etc, very efficient. Clean salon and wide range of colours of polish to choose from too.
Very friendly therapist and very professional, did a good job and the location is easily accessible from the City plus clean. Would recommend.
easy to find and very sweet therapist, relatively quick and painless too. very good value with the wahanda voucher as well
She is very sweet and friendly, it wasn't too painful and as quick as it could be whilst still good quality. She's only just branched out on her own so could use all the new custom she can get- would defs recommend!
The voucher lists various treatments including: tea ceremony, refreshments, steam bath, hamman, hot towel wrapping. When we arrived we were shown into the steam baths and left there; after an hour, we ventured out to ask when we would receive the other treatments and were told that we would not be getting any as they were not included on our voucher. As we were semi-naked and dripping wet, it wasn't the best time to argue so we went back inside. In sum, we paid £20 to sit in a steam room- which I could do at my gym for free- and for some turkish tea. Although other reviews of this voucher discussed the body scrub etc, we did not get any of this, were told that "hamman" and "steam bath" are the same thing (so why list them twice?!) and that the "hot towel wrapping" simply meant giving us a towel to dry ourselves with (and it wasnt even hot!) all in all, this was a big disappointment and I feel the voucher is massively unclear and even wrong in what it suggests you will get. One to avoid, unless you really want to be steamed for 2 hours.
