The salon is located in Chiswick, we went on a Sunday so parking was very easy. On entering the salon we were greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and explained the process, making us both feel at ease (as this was our first floatation experience). The ‘treatment’ itself was lovely, music is played for the first approx fifteen minutes to relax you, it worked as I fell asleep (!) and on waking at the end felt completely rejuvenated and would definitely recommend it.
The Hydrohealing clinic was very welcoming and fresh. As it was my first time to have the treatment, i was a little nervous but was put at ease straight away. The procedure wasn't unpleasant, and the therapist talked thru the process as we went along, giving lots of information and advice. I felt the benefits almost straight away and would have no hesitations about returning or recommending the salon and procure to anyone else.
It took a while to find the salon; slab bang in the middle of china town. The salon wasn;t the usual type of setting or tranquil ambience...and the massage rooms looked a little 'dodgy'. Having said that the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The massage altho, not a technique I was used to, was good and felt relaxed afterwards. The treatment was VERY cheap and def worth it.
The Six Senses Spa and the Pan Peninsular was lovely; a very luxurious setting and friendly staff. The entrance is impressive and the quality continues into the treatment rooms and facilities. We went for a massage and weren’t disappointed, afterwards we went for a dip, steam and sauna – the perfect end to a hectic work day. It may be tricky to find by car but I had no trouble by tube – go armed with a map/directions and don’t rely on sat-nav which seems to get confused in those parts.
I went for four Epic Fit classes bought via a mob deal so amazing value! The classes are an hour long and your don't stop moving for a moment. They have a number of classes throughout the evening so it’s easy to find one that fits into your schedule. Overall I would recommend epic fit, the time passes quicly and before you know it you had a gruelling but satisfying workout all in just one hour – perfect!
We visited the Heavenly Day Spa and had use of the facilities along with a hot stone massage which was lovely and very relaxing. We were fortunate enough to have the place to ourselves which was lovely and lucky as the place is very small. There is a fantastic mini-resistance-pool which gave a much better than expected work out. The staff are very friendly and the treatments and treatment rooms very therapeutic.
