Was very satisfied with the treatment! Location was excellent and staff very friendly. Think I will definitely go back there! Might as well try getting a hair cut there :)
I went for a Swedish Massage with my husband. While it was relatively easy to make an appointment, I was called on the day of the appointment that it has to be recheduled as one of the therapists did not turn up. The manager was polite and it was close to where we work so it was not a big turn-down. The actual treatment was rather nice - the therapists were friendly and the room clean. However after the supposingly "strong" massage, both of us did not felt much, hence the 3 stars.
This is my 3rd time there. I even take a friend there as a birthday treat. As always very relaxing experience and nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money. I love this little gem on Queensway!
I had a Rose facial with massage. Was one the best ones I ever had! Overall very relaxing and my skin was glowing for the next few days. Will definitely go back there!
First impression wasn't good as I had to wait for around 15 mintues after appointment time for them to set up the room and find the therapist, but the massage itselt was spot on. Location was convenient for ladies working in the city. Overall was a good experience.
Little did I expect when I walk into this centrally-located and nicely-decorated day spa that I was going to have the worst ever treatment I've had. Alarm bells should ring when the therapist did not introduce hereself or say anything when she started to put products on my face. After all, I was shown the lockers, given a clean robe and slippers, and even offered a botter of water. I did not worry too much either when the therapist put a facial on my face and left the room quietly. However, I was left in the cold, dark treatment room alone with only a towel on my body (which couldn't even cover my feet) for definitely more than 30 minutes (the facial is supposed to be 30mins in total), to the extent that the wet pads the therapist put on my eyes had become completely dry and I can feel the facial on my face hardened up and cracked. Shockingly I could hear outside the therapists chatting to each other and laughing with somebody. For a while I tried to gather courage to put on my robe and go out to ask somebody to come to take the facial off so I can go home. Well in the end, the therapist did come back and finished the "treatment" in 2 minutes, while leaving residuals I later noticed in the mirror. In total, the 2 treatments I had took a total of 105 minutes compared with 60 minutes it supposed to take. I felt I should ask for a refund but I was in a rush to leave as was already late for later appointments... What an experience! Will never ever go back...
Thanks a lot to Wahanda for this execellent opportunity to try Reflexology! It was a very relaxing session and I fell asleep halfway through it. It was relatively easy to book an appoinment and the staff are very professional. Also, the venue is a proper Relexology clinic and ideal if you want to learn more about the treatment. I'm even considering going to some lessons there.
I had a really good experience and felt it's great value for money. The staff was wonderful and made me feel wecome. Massage itself was excellent. The only downside was the location of the therapy room - it's in the back of the salon and you could hear the hair dryers. Nevertheless, think I will go back one day!
I have been to the salon twice and both times found booking appointments relatively easy. They sent a text prior to the appointment as a reminder, which i found quite handy. I had the luxury pedicure this time. Although it was stated to be 75mins, I was told the treatment only lasts an hour with 15 minutes drying time while having it. It did not bother me much as the mani/pedi area was in the middle of the salon, which is pretty noisy and hardly relaxing. Overall staff was ok and great value for money.
It was hardly relaxing to take off shoes and socks in front of tourists with cameras...the place is hardly a spa after all. I also did not feel comfortable to share the tanks with other people. At end of the day I didn't dare to try the treatment and throw away the voucher...it just does not worth the risk.
