I'm very committed to healthy, vibrant living at the levels of mind, body and spirit. I eat mainly live food - sumtuous salads,delicious dedydrated crackers, gorgeous green juices and fabulous fruit smoothies. I meditate for a short period daily and work with crystals and reiki to stay joyfully in balance. I've recently taken up yoga and do that twice a week. When the weather is good I go out on my bike.I cleanse at the end of every month ( happy to supply my cleansing programme free!).
